Goal, Mission and Vision

Goal:
To work for sustainable development of villages and improvement in quality of life of deprived people (tribal, SC and other backward communities, especially women of all castes and class) through capacity building and appropriate programme interventions.

Mission:
To ensure participation of poor and marginalized in sustainable development processes and facilitating collective decision making and democratic leadership for fostering institutions owned and managed by people.

Vision:
To empower marginal communities and women in achieving food, fodder, water security and sustainable livelihoods to alleviate poverty and contribute to making of an equitable, just and dignified society.
